Victory In Europe Raceday

Join us this May Bank holiday as we celebrate the Victory in Europe 75th anniversary in the heart of Warwick.

 

Bring along your family, friends and neighbours and enjoy the biggest street party in Warwick. The centre of the racecourse will be a hive of activity with live music and free entertainment for all to enjoy.

    Under 18s and racegoers born pre-1945 will be admitted for free on displaying Id
  • Racegoers holding tickets bought in advance will be given a special admission to Hill Close Gardens on race day morning for a Dig For Britain display.
    Chamber of Trade Members will be provided with two complimentary passes.
    Adjoining houses to the racecourse will be provided with two complimentary admission passes.Silver Stars Parachute display team, Vera Lynn & Polka Dot Peaches, Free Fairground rides (Traditional carousel, dodgems, helter-skelter, derby roller racer, chair-o-planes, side stalls), wartime civilian vehicle display, Royal Warks Re-enactment Group, WW2 model airplane display, face painting, beekeeping display, horse racing during the war exhibition with Chris Pitt, Corp of Drums community marching band, Spa Strummers, Punch and Judy.- The BOB Memorial Flight will be confirmed in March

      All stallholders and stands will have to be set up prior to gates opening. All vehicles will need to be off-site by 10.45am. Set up can commence from 7.30am.
