The Trust would like to give you a warm welcome to the Saltisford Arm of the Grand Union Canal. We are a small canal charity set up over 35 years ago to restore the canal arm which dates back to 1799. originally the terminus of the Warwick and Birmingham Canal.
The Saltisford Canal Centre has been transformed by volunteers into a peaceful series of waterside gardens and orchard alongside residential and visitor moorings.
We have a sensory garden, contemplation area ,lock gate construction, pergola seating areas and a picnic lawn. Our visitor centre houses a shop selling gifts, books, handmade crafts and ice cream and drinks. entry to the site is free and we are only ten minutes walk from the town centre.
Open Daily 9 am through to 5 pm.
